A former teacher at the Jamie Oliver Cookery School, Suzie had a loyal client base built on word of mouth. Online, she had a Fiverr logo and a cluttered self-built site with no clear way to book, and none of the warmth of her classes came through.

Strategy came first: her audience, values and voice. The identity followed, with earthy tones and hand-drawn kitchen tools, gingham, wood grain and tartan that stretch from social posts to future merchandise. The website was rebuilt around one clear path, from discovering what she offers to booking.
