The process is structured into three clear phases: Discovery & Strategy – I get to know your business history, values, goals, and target audience. We also do competitor research and visual direction planning. Design & Revisions – You’ll receive initial concepts, and we’ll go through thoughtful rounds of revisions. I’ll also walk you through brand language, design terms, and how to use your assets confidently. Development & Delivery – For branding, I deliver all final files, usage guides, and your brand guidelines. For websites, I develop the site on our agreed upon platform, optimize it for mobile, and launch it. You’ll also receive offboarding materials, training (if needed), and support during launch week.
